KayDoor respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you browse listings, contact hosts, list a property or service, or use kaydoor.com — and how we use and protect that information.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use KayDoor, we may collect your name, email, phone number, WhatsApp or other contact details, listing content and photos, host identity documents submitted for verification, messages you send us, relocation-help form details, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage analytics.
How we use information
- To display listings and host profiles on the marketplace
- To review listings and verify host accounts where applicable
- To connect guests with hosts when you choose to contact a listing (for example via WhatsApp or phone)
- To operate, secure, and improve kaydoor.com
- To comply with legal obligations in Vietnam and applicable jurisdictions
Contacting hosts & off-platform communication
When you contact a host or partner through KayDoor, we may share your message and contact details with that host so they can respond. Further communication may continue off-platform (for example on WhatsApp). KayDoor is not responsible for how hosts handle personal data after you contact them directly.
Sharing & retention
We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, identity review tools) under appropriate confidentiality terms. We retain data as long as needed to operate the marketplace, support users, enforce our standards, and meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law allows. Contact us at hello@kaydoor.com. KayDoor is operated in connection with the KayStay platform infrastructure; KayStay privacy practices may apply where we share common systems.
