What is a Kayder?
Welcome to KayDoor. We believe a rental marketplace should be honest, safe, and governed by the people who use it. That is why we built the Kayder system.
KayDoor is a community-driven rental marketplace in Vietnam — with settle and local life from local partners. When you log in, you become a Kayder and help keep the platform clean, accurate, and fair.
What Kayders can do
- Browse freely — anyone can search for homes and contact hosts without logging in.
- Report safely — once you log in and verify your contact information, you can privately report misleading, fake, or unavailable listings.
- List properties — Kayders who want to rent out their space use the same login to access the host portal and verify their identity as a Host.
How community moderation works
New listings are reviewed before they go live. After that, ongoing quality is shaped by verified Kayders — not only by our team.
- Spot an issue — fake photos, hidden fees, or a suspected scam? Click Report on the listing.
- Private and secure — your report stays private. The host will never see who flagged their listing.
- Automated action — when multiple independent verified Kayders report a listing, our system automatically reduces its visibility. Listings deemed highly suspicious by the community are hidden from search and browse.
- Host resolution — hosts are notified when visibility drops and can fix the issue or dispute the action.
KayDoor employs automated anti-abuse systems. Spamming reports, revenge flagging, or trying to manipulate a competitor's listing can result in permanent loss of reporting privileges.
Earn Trusted status
We reward accurate, helpful members. By reporting bad listings responsibly and maintaining a good track record, your account can upgrade to Trusted Kayder status.
Trusted Kayders receive:
- Higher influence in moderation — your reports carry more weight.
- A private Trusted badge on your account.
- Early access to new KayDoor features.
