KayDoor is a community-driven rental marketplace in Vietnam — with settle & local life from local partners. These standards protect that community while keeping KayDoor an open, direct-contact marketplace.
Our approach
We combine community empowerment with professional platform standards. Hosts control their listings and guest relationships. KayDoor provides discovery, review, verification tools, and clear rules so everyone understands the boundaries.
What we expect from hosts & partners
- Accurate titles, photos, pricing, and availability
- Honest representation of identity, licenses, or credentials where claimed
- Respectful communication and timely responses
- Compliance with local laws and building or neighborhood rules
- No discrimination based on protected characteristics
What we expect from guests
- Verify details before paying or signing off-platform
- Respect hosts, neighbors, and local customs
- Report suspected fraud, unsafe conditions, or policy violations
Verification levels
KayDoor may show badges or labels for reviewed listings or verified hosts. These reflect platform checks at a point in time — not an endorsement of every future interaction. Always confirm terms directly with the host or partner.
Reporting & enforcement
To report a listing or account, email hello@kaydoor.com with the listing URL and a brief description. We may request additional information, pause listings during review, or remove content that violates these standards or applicable law.
Vietnam focus
KayDoor currently focuses on communities across Vietnam. Search, listings, and support processes are designed for this market. Expansion to additional regions will follow updates to these standards and our legal documentation.
