Terms of Service

By using kaydoor.com, listing on KayDoor, or contacting hosts through the platform, you agree to these terms. KayDoor is a community-driven rental marketplace — not a booking agent, landlord, or payment processor.

What KayDoor is

KayDoor helps guests discover homes, settle services, and local experiences in Vietnam and connect directly with hosts and partners. KayDoor does not guarantee availability, pricing, property condition, visa outcomes, or service quality. Listings are created by independent hosts and partners.

No booking or payment role

KayDoor does not process rent, deposits, service fees, or other payments between guests and hosts unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific feature. Rental agreements, service contracts, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are directly between guest and host or partner.

Host & partner responsibilities

Hosts and partners must provide accurate listing information, have rights to photos and text they publish, comply with applicable laws (including housing, business, and immigration rules where relevant), respond honestly to inquiries, and honor agreements they make with guests off-platform.

Guest responsibilities

Guests should verify listing details, host identity, neighborhood suitability, and contract terms before paying or moving in. Do your own due diligence — especially for long-term stays, visa-related services, and services involving children or large payments.

Verification & community standards

KayDoor may review listings and verify host contact details or identity documents. Verification means we performed platform checks — it is not a guarantee of quality, safety, legality, or ongoing compliance. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our Community standards.

Acceptable use

You may not post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal content; scrape or abuse the platform; impersonate others; or use KayDoor to harass users. We may edit, hide, or remove listings and restrict access at our discretion to protect the community.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KayDoor is not liable for acts or omissions of hosts, partners, or guests; off-platform transactions; indirect or consequential damages; or losses arising from reliance on listing content. Our total liability for any claim relating to use of kaydoor.com is limited to the amount you paid KayDoor for platform services in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
